What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a can-do attitude
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Promote hotel amenities, casino events, and local attractions
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel systems is a plus
