We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, construction, and related trades, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repair tasks
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing systems and perform necessary troubleshooting
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures
- Assist in the assembly of plumbing components and related systems as needed
- Operate commercial driving vehicles for material transport when required
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with expertise in plumbing systems, HVAC, carpentry, welding, and schematics reading
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction machinery
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience in construction or related trades is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Knowledge of safety standards related to plumbing work and construction sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
- Valid license as a Plumber is required; experience with commercial driving is a plus

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
