Marketing Specialist
MNG International Inc. is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our sales team, improve our brand presence, and help generate new business opportunities.
We are a Canadian importer, processor, and wholesale supplier of spices, herbs, seasonings, and food ingredients. We supply food manufacturers, distributors, private label companies, processors, foodservice businesses, and industrial food companies across Canada and the United States.
This is a hands on role for someone who can create marketing content, support digital campaigns, research potential customers, prepare sales materials, and help improve customer outreach.
Responsibilities
Create marketing campaigns to support sales growth
Prepare product sheets, brochures, flyers, presentations, email campaigns, and sales materials
Manage and improve website content
Create LinkedIn posts and company updates
Support email marketing campaigns for new and existing customers
Research food manufacturers, distributors, private label companies, processors, and potential buyers
Assist with B2B lead generation and customer research
Support the sales team with customer presentations and product information
Prepare marketing materials for trade shows and industry events
Assist with pre show and post show customer follow ups
Track campaign performance, leads, replies, and customer engagement
Work with sales, QA, operations, and management to ensure product information is accurate
Use tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, email platforms, LinkedIn, and AI tools
Requirements
Minimum 1-5 years of marketing, digital marketing, content creation, communications, or related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating brochures, flyers, presentations, email campaigns, or social media content
Good understanding of LinkedIn, website content, email marketing, and digital marketing
Ability to research companies, industries, and potential customers
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace, and basic marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing
Experience in food, ingredients, spices, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, CPG, or private label
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems, WordPress, or email marketing platforms
Experience creating product sheets, trade show materials, company profiles, or sales presentations
Experience using AI tools for marketing research, content creation, and campaign planning
Pay
$28 to $32 per hour
