***New Pay Package***We are seeking a professional Class 1 Driver based in Moncton, New Brunswick, to join our Regional Container Division team hauling container freight within New Brunswick and other Maritime provinces. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who values safety, reliability, and steady work with a supportive employer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport container freight within assigned routes.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, cargo details, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 license with a minimum of 2 years verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (abstract must be provided).
- Clean criminal record check (required prior to hiring).
- Previous experience with container freight is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and professionalism.
