Turbo Truck Tire and Alignment is a growing heavy-duty repair shop in Saint-Laurent specializing in truck suspension, wheel alignments, king pin replacement, and preventive maintenance. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic to join our team immediately.
Position Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic Job Type
Responsibilities
The mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi trucks and trailers, including:
- Suspension repairs and diagnostics
- King pin replacement and front-end repairs
- Wheel alignments
- Oil changes and preventive maintenance services
- Brake inspections and repairs
- Steering and undercarriage repairs
- General mechanical troubleshooting
- Inspecting trucks for safety and mechanical issues
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Completing repair orders accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of truck repair experience preferred
- Experience working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Knowledge of suspension and steering systems
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems
- Own tools are considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Mechanical license is an asset but not mandatory
