Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing and Composing Emails, Interpret customer RFQ’s, Purchase Orders
- Process and follow up on customer RFQ(s) / orders
- Provide assistance and support in resolving customer conflicts and or concerns.
- Communicate via phone, email and face to face in a respectful and professional manner
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Must be able to follow instructions/procedures
- Must possess time management and strong organizational skills
- Must know basics of blueprint reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings, BOMs and model files.
- Knowledge of shop processes, weld symbols and geometric tolerancing
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software; knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products including but not limited to, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Work Remotely
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
