About Us:
Pro A Construction Inc. (RBQ: 5853-8729-01) is a licensed and insured residential renovation contractor based in Montreal. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations — bathrooms, kitchens, and basements. You will work directly alongside the lead contractor on active job sites.
Hard Skills Required (Minimum 1 Year Experience):
- Demolition (tile, drywall, flooring)
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Ceramic tile installation
- Interior painting and basic carpentry
Site Standards — Please Read Before Applying:
We operate professional, disciplined job sites. The following standards are non-negotiable:
Safety: A valid ASP Construction certificate is mandatory. Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn at all times on site (CNESST compliance).
Payment: Compensation is for active work time only. The 30-minute lunch break is unpaid — workers are free to leave the site during this time.
Focus:Personal phone use during active work hours is not permitted. Smoking or vaping inside the site or within the client's view is not allowed.
Client Relations: Workers do not discuss project details, timelines, or materials with clients. All client communication goes through the lead contractor.
Site Cleanliness:The last 15 minutes of every shift are dedicated to washing tools (especially plaster and paint tools) and leaving the site organized and clean.
