Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Proven experience working as a Shop Hand / Labourer in an industrial or oilfield environment
- Experience with tire chains, slings, and various rigging equipment (required)
- Hands-on experience with bed trucks and winch operations (required)
- Ability to operate loaders and other shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of cargo securement standards and procedures
- Perform general shop duties including yard maintenance, equipment organization, basic repairs, and assisting mechanics as needed
- Load, unload, and stage equipment for field operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Valid H2S Alive and First Aid certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work on-call shifts
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
