Stray Cat have made a significant investment in state-of-the-art UV Cure CIPP application equipment, lateral lining, CCTV sewer inspection and cutting robots as well as industrial coatings and linings. We are seeking dedicated, reliable and hardworking individuals, with a passion to learn new skills and advance their career in an exciting industry. Stray Cat is set to deliver several contacts across Metro Vancouver in 2026 and we want to hear from you!
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Working in confined spaces, such as sanitary manholes to deploy lining equipment and materials.
- Operating specialist lining machinery
- Deploying and operating CCTV sewer inspection and cutting robots
- Communicating effectively with management and co-workers during various phases of projects.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and overcoming any technical issues faced, before, during or post project delivery.
- Ensuring operational readiness of CCTV inspection equipment and vehicles, by carrying our regular servicing of equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Working outdoors in multiple geographic locations, throughout the year.
Applicants must have the following skills/experience:
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of team
- Highly motivated and pro-active
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and adverse weather conditions
- Mechanical inclination
- Ability to travel to various locations across Canada.
Additional desirable skills/experience:
- Existing knowledge of CIPP lining, UV curing technologies, trenchless rehabilitation
- Experience in the operation of CCTV inspection equipment and coding of inspection video
- NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP Certification
- Experience in the operation of robotic cutter equipment
- Lateral and/or manhole inspection experience
- Manhole lining experience.
- Grouting experience
- Industrial coatings and linings
- Airbrake endorsement
