Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Overhead / Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, pickup, and transportation of waste and recycling containers to residential, commercial, industrial, and construction sites across PEI.
This role requires strong driving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in varying weather and site conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate overhead and roll-off trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver and remove dumpsters and containers at customer locations
- Safely maneuver trucks in tight spaces, construction sites, and high-traffic areas while placing or dumping containers
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Maintain accurate paperwork and route documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3/1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
- Experience operating roll-off or overhead trucks preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and site hazards
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required

Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday.
- Saturdays as required.
- Overtime required as needed
Experience
- Commercial driving: 2 years
- Roll-off or overhead truck experience considered an asset
Licence/Certification
- Class 3/1 Licence with Air Brake Endorsement (required)
