Operational Supervisor
Overview -
Operational Supervisor is responsible for supervision of front-line staff in the early learning facility. They will be responsible for enforcing government standards, BGCCC policies and procedures, and BGCCC best practices and expectations.
Qualifications & Competencies –
- Early Childhood Education certificate (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Problem solving abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills
Pay: $17.12-$27.79 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
