We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
