Job Summary
100+ is a Restaurant and Juice Bar. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Server cum Dishwasher to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the overall operation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety guidelines
- Assist with food prep and kitchen support as needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage time effectively during busy service hours to meet guest expectations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in French or other languages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Word processing tools is advantageous for record keeping and communication purposes
- Experience in patient care, medical terminology, or acute care environments is beneficial but not mandatory—demonstrating adaptability and organizational skills is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in case management can be an asset for supporting operational tasks
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
