You Are:
As an Associate Director in Accenture’s Industry and Enterprise team, you will lead strategic engagements with top-tier technology and energy clients, guiding them through transformative growth in an AI-driven environment. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling a major segment of the strategy business, building enduring client relationships at the C-suite and VP level, and delivering on annual revenue targets, through high-impact, innovative strategy solutions. Your leadership will span sales, delivery, capability development, and talent management—anchored in deep industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Work:
Client Advisory : Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior executives (C-suite & VP-level) at major technology and energy companies. Advise clients on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to drive business transformation and growth. Ensure client success by developing and implementing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes, tailored to client needs.
Business Growth: Own and scale a defined portfolio of clients and cross-functional Strategy offerings within the Resources industry. Drive go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, and industry positioning to enhance Accenture’s brand and market share and build a sustainable growth engine.
Strategic Innovation: Champion the identification and incubation of new, disruptive strategy offerings and campaigns tailored to the evolving needs of clients—especially in areas the following areas: Supply Chain and Marine Logistics. Contribute to white papers, media publications, and actively participate in leading industry forums. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key ecosystem partners, associations, to develop integrated solutions and drive innovation across the resources value chain.
Talent & Capability Development: Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams with deep industry and functional expertise. Shape talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop diverse and entrepreneurial leadership within the practice.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Industry Experience: 15+ years in management consulting, with a focus on resources clients—specifically Energy. Deep understanding of the resources industry business model, Demonstrated ability to advise client on end-to-end supply chain cost transformation, technology-led transformation and reinvention strategies, adapting to advancements in tech and innovation, such as AI and automation. This includes expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain and specifically in marine logistics to drive cost transformation by helping clients using cost & productivity reinvention approach, defining operating model and org design,
Sales & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale strategy engagements. Skilled in solution shaping, executive storytelling, and negotiating complex commercial deals. Strong P&L ownership and experience running a significant book of business.
Relationship & Leadership Skills: Deep, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in the comms sector. Boardroom presence and credibility, with the ability to influence and drive change at the highest levels. Inspirational team leader, culture carrier, and inclusive people developer.
Technology & AI Fluency: Strong knowledge of cloud, AI, data platforms, and how they’re transforming business models and customer experiences. Thought leader on emerging trends in generative AI, responsible tech, and digital platforms.

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
