We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing Commercial Property Management team. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — supporting tenants and vendors, coordinating maintenance requests, assisting with lease administration, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across commercial properties.

What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative Support
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants, vendors, and owners
- Prepare professional correspondence
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems
Property Management Support
- Receive and log tenant maintenance requests
- Coordinate service requests and communicate with vendors and tenants
- Maintain records of inspections, insurance, licenses, and maintenance reports
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including welcome packages and utility transfers
- Ensure lease documentation is properly uploaded and maintained
Real Estate Support
- Create and maintain files for real estate transactions
- Complete conveyancing requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience required
- Property management or real estate experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
