We’re looking for a Guest Service Attendant (Room Service) who enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and presented with care.

- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally
- Ensure all orders are accurate, well-presented, and meet quality standards
- Set up trays or tables in guest rooms as needed
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front desk teams to coordinate orders
- Handle guest requests, questions, or concerns with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional, and approachable personality
