What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
● Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy or social work. Qualifying Psychotherapists with the CRPO are WELCOME! Social Workers practicing psychotherapy with a Bachelors are WELCOME.
● Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
● Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
● Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
● Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Workspace/Suite and Jane. The Jane app is RRT’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Training will be offered on both Google Workpace and Jane during onboarding.
