Key Responsibilities
- Deal Structuring & Financing: Interview customers, evaluate credit histories, and secure competitive financing and lease options through prime lending institutions and OEM financial services.
- Protection Products Presentation: Professionally present and administer value-add aftermarket products, extended warranties, and protection packages with absolute transparency and compliance.
- Lender Relations: Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with major automotive lending sources to secure flexible terms and optimal approvals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all financial and legal paperwork complies with local, provincial (OMVIC/FCAA), and federal regulations, maintaining 100% accuracy on every deal.
- Sales Collaboration: Work lock-step with a high-performing OEM sales team to streamline the delivery process, maximize per-vehicle-retail (PVR), and elevate overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record (minimum 2–3+ years) as an F&I Manager / Financial Services Manager within an automotive dealership environment.
- OEM Experience: Direct background working within a volume-focused OEM franchise dealership is strongly preferred.
- Licensing: Valid OMVIC license (in good standing).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negation, and interpersonal skills with an uncompromising commitment to business ethics.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and digital F&I menu-selling tools.
