Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician with Classic, Hybrid and Volume experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services that enhance the overall wellness and appearance of our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform various skincare treatments including facials, waxing, lash lifts, Brow Laminations and eyelash extensions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and their benefits.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive atmosphere through excellent customer service and hospitality.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician and Lash Artist within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in esthetic, lash extension, body waxing, and retail sales.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- A passion for skincare and beauty trends, along with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
