As a Manager of our Tahini's restaurant, you will oversee all aspects of the business - from day-to-day procedures to overall performance - with full accountability for driving the location’s financial success while upholding Tahini’s brand values. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take lead in and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to the preparation and serving of high-quality meals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to maintain high standards of guest service, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Ensure knowledge of, adherence to, and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
- Operate within company targets for food cost, labor cost, and sales growth.
- Reporting on the health of the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop, communicate, and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and retain qualified team members.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development for all employees.
- Represent Tahini’s professionally and positively at all times.

- Prior food industry management experience highly preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
