We are a bus company looking for a experienced dispatcher (Bus experience helps)
- Developing delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
- Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customer
- Schedule and dispatch the drivers and vehicles to clients’ desired locations according to their specifications and needs
- Maintaining a good relationship with drivers to reduce the stress raised with last minute changes in the schedule
- Monitoring any sudden changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
- Arranging the necessary repairs to restore service and schedules
- Making new orders as per requested by clients using booking software
- Keeping a touch with the drivers using two-way radio system or tracking software to locate the dispatched vehicles
- Answering the clients’ enquiries to resolve the issues and transmitting the information and providing solutions
- On call, 5 day shift including weekends, flexible

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
