Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated, well-spoken, and energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our sales team. The Salesperson will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.
Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits in a compelling manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bilingualism is considered an asset
