Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitize bathrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency in service quality.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Experience in industrial cleaning settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
