We are the first in North America to offer Xerf RF skin tightening, and the only provider of LaseMD Ultra on Vancouver Island.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a warm, skilled, and detail-oriented Esthetician / Skin Practitioner to join our growing team.
This role is centered around skin health, advanced treatments, and personalized client care. You will work closely with our founders to deliver thoughtful consultations, perform both foundational and advanced treatments, and support a seamless client experience from first visit through ongoing care.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both hands-on treatment work and client relationship building, and is interested in developing expertise in advanced skin technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform advanced treatments, including:
- XERF RF skin tightening
- Potenza RF microneedling
- LaseMD Ultra laser treatments
- Conduct client consultations and support the development of personalized skin programs
- Perform foundational treatments such as:
- JetPeel Pro infusion facials
- OxyGeneo+ facials
- Support treatment preparation, room setup, and post-treatment protocols
- Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and long-term skin health
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including:
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Managing client charts and documentation
- Supporting a smooth and welcoming client experience
- Maintain a calm, organized, and detail-oriented treatment environment
Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician (or equivalent diploma or experience)
- 2+ years of spa, clinic, or skin-focused experience preferred
- Strong understanding of skin types, ingredients, and treatment contraindications
- Interest in learning and working with advanced technologies
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Positive, professional, and collaborative mindset
