Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. The successful candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Maintain and update pricing information, customer agreements, and related sales documentation.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Support the preparation of regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Assist with the administration of sales incentive programs, commission calculations, and departmental budgets.
- Reconcile sales-related information and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Calculate and track customer incentive and rebate programs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and presentations.
- Participate in process improvements and special projects as assigned.
- Perform other administrative and analytical duties as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, business support, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and formulas; proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with ERP or business management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
