The Maximo Solution Architect is a senior, hands-on functional leader responsible for shaping the functional solution design, implementation, and long-term sustainment of ENMAX’s enterprise Maximo platform. Working across ENMAX Energy, Power, and Corporate teams, you will translate complex operational needs into scalable, integrated solutions that strengthen business processes, improve operational effectiveness, and support enterprise outcomes.
As the functional authority for Maximo, you will have the opportunity to shape solution direction end-to-end and influence design and delivery across multiple Maximo modules, including asset management, work management, supply chain, and inventory. This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your impact, build strong partnerships across the business and delivery teams, and help drive meaningful outcomes for the organization. We’re looking for a strong problem solver who is adaptable, embraces continuous learning, and brings clarity and direction to complex situations.
Architect, design, develop, implement, and sustain Maximo solutions that support complex business requirements, leveraging industry experience and best practices.
Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, align process designs (asset, work, supply chain, inventory), and support testing strategies, user acceptance, training, and communication plans.
Design and validate workflows, reports, application configurations, automation scripts, and technical designs; recommend and implement procedures and automations to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Analyze, create, and revise documents, process maps, and procedures for business process flows; create and maintain operational documentation, including project workflows, templates, and process manuals.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with experience documenting workflows, procedures, and best practices and working within Agile delivery teams

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
