NOX Wine Bar is hiring a Prep & Service Cook to join our small and creative kitchen team.
We focus on shareables, charcuterie, small plates, and fresh ingredients in a cozy wine bar environment. We’re looking for someone reliable, efficient, and team-oriented who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive atmosphere.
This role involves prep, assembly, service, cleaning, and helping maintain smooth kitchen flow throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily kitchen prep
- Prepare and plate charcuterie boards and small plates
- Execute dishes during service
- Fry, heat, garnish, and finish menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Wash dishes and reset stations throughout service
- Restock ingredients and assist with kitchen organization
- Support the team wherever needed during busy periods

Experience
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
