Manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
Oversee international shipments, with a particular emphasis on U.S. market operations.
Administer all customs clearance processes, liaise with brokers, and ensure compliance with CUSMA regulations.
Negotiate competitive rates and service agreements with carriers and brokers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).
Coordinate the shipment of high-value and high-volume precision components.
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement continuous improvements in tracking and reporting systems.
Collaborate closely with production and procurement teams to align material flow with project schedules.
Supervise the preparation of all shipping documentation, particularly for international shipments.
Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
