We are looking for Assistant Coaches in WINNIPEG, MB who are passionate about football and motivated to work with young players during our international football camps. This role is perfect for players who:

As an Assistant Coach, you will be involved both on and off the pitch, playing a key role in creating a memorable experience for the participants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support official coaches during training sessions and activities
- Help young players improve their technique, confidence, and understanding of the game
- Motivate, guide, and take care of the players at all times
- Manage group logistics, including transfers, schedules, and daily activities
- Ensure players’ safety, well-being, and overall positive experience
- Serve as a role model in attitude, discipline, and teamwork
- Learn and apply FC Barcelona or Atlético de Madrid football methodologies

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Full availability for one complete week (mandatory)
- Solid football background with playing experience
- Passion for football and youth development
- Comfortable working with children and teenagers
- English level B2–C1 (mandatory)
- High level of responsibility and maturity
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
