Good Fork is looking for an experienced, organized, and reliable line cook to join our team for brunch service. This is a full-time position with the following shifts:
Mon, Wed, Thu: 9am-:4:30pm
Sat & Sun: 8:30am-4:30pm
About Us
We are an independently owned neighbourhood restaurant serving unique, seasonal dishes inspired by Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Our kitchen is a small, dedicated team that values collaboration, creativity, and a respectful, supportive work environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment
- Assisting with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
- Supporting daily kitchen operations, including cleaning and basic equipment maintenance

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- A genuine interest in food and seasonal cooking
