Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Perri's Corp. Based in Concord, this role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Manage supply chain logistics and inventory levels.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff within the operations department.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Qualifications
- ERP Experience min 3 years preferably Epicor
- Experience in manufacturing 3 years minimum
- Experience in Operations Manager role for over 3 years
- Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
- Ability to implement process improvements.
- Effective communication skills in English.
