Carpentry Shop Supervisor
Our client is looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to join their manufacturing team in London, Ontario. The successful candidate will assist with the manufacturing of custom PVC and vinyl products while supporting day-to-day shop operations and employee supervision. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production staff during daily operations
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of PVC/vinyl columns and garage door frames
- Operate shop equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret measurements
- Train or assist team members with shop procedures as needed

Qualifications
- Experience in a carpentry shop, manufacturing, or related environment
- Experience operating tools such as band saws, table saws, and skill saws
- Strong understanding of measurements and ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16”
- Supervisory or team lead experience an asset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
