Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet client expectations
- Laundry and linen changes as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness
- Organize and declutter spaces to improve overall home appearance
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and attentive to detail
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting laundry baskets or moving small furniture if necessary
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client homes
- Positive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism, ability to work in a team for deep cleans, move outs, post construction cleans.
