Summary
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Redwood Dental Centre in Thunder Bay, with a minimum of 1-2 years experience. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by delivering top-notch dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction through your expertise and compassionate approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment plans
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and surgical
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry
- Manage patient appointments and follow-up care
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid dental license in Canada
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and pediatric dentistry
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
