Position Summary:
As a faculty member of Herzing College, the Occupational Health and Safety delivers lectures and assists the students in achieving their career goals. The Instructor will have experience and extensive knowledge in the areas (not limited to) of hazard recognition, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, worker health and wellness, risk management, etc.
The qualified candidate will be able to work remotely.

Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Encourages student success in an engaging, supportive environment by being responsive to student needs and ideas
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience working in the Occupational & Health Safety field
- College education and or University degree combined with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Passionate about teaching, learning, and student success.
- Experience using LMS - Moodle
Teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience working in the field and/or
- College education and or University degree and/or
- Graduate of a college or university teacher training
- Experience with a Learning Management System is an asset (Moodle preferred).
- Online teaching experience is a definite asset
