Carabao Care & Counselling is an integrated Family Medicine and Counselling Clinic dedicated to providing whole-person, relationship-centered care. Our vision is to bridge the gap between access to primary care and mental health services by bringing family physicians and registered clinical counsellors together under one roof. About the Role
As a Family Physician at Carabao Care & Counselling Clinic, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while collaborating closely with our counselling team to ensure patients have timely access to integrated mental health support when needed. You will continue to practice the full scope of family medicine while benefiting from an environment designed to improve continuity of care and physician satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- Eligible for licensure or currently licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- CCFP designation (or eligible) is an asset
- Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary practice
- Commitment to preventive medicine, continuity of care, and lifelong learning
- Physicians looking to build or transition an existing patient panel are welcome
Billing Models Available
- Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model
- Fee-for-Service (where applicable)
