Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Little Caesars (Deacons Corner Location)
Little Caesars is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Deacons Corner location! This is a permanent full-time leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager (“RM”) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while supporting the Owner in achieving operational goals and maintaining company standards. The RM plays a key leadership role in driving restaurant performance, supporting Team Members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, train, and develop Team Members in a positive and fast-paced work environment
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure the restaurant operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Prepare pizzas, support kitchen operations, and ensure fresh dough is made daily according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels, complete product ordering, and support cost control initiatives related to food, labour, and operations
- Conduct cash handling and deposit verification procedures accurately and responsibly
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and support a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
- Monitor restaurant performance including sales, speed of service, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction
- Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, accountability, and strong leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the food service or restaurant industry is required
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
