Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Alterations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and tailoring garments to meet our clients' specifications, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, good communication skills, and experience in garment alterations or tailoring. Duties
- Measure clients' garments accurately to determine necessary alterations
- Perform sewing, hemming, resizing, and other alteration tasks with precision
- Consult with customers to understand their specific needs and provide expert recommendations
- Ensure all alterations meet quality standards before returning garments to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring client satisfaction
