Job Summary
Yawa Skits is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist with customer inquiries, provide administrative support, and help maintain a positive experience for our audience and partners.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with account-related questions, general support requests, and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks when required
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Provide information regarding company services, content platforms, and general company policies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Support various administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $19.58-$24.31 per hour
