Your Role
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, design, and coordination of industrial construction projects by preparing detailed CAD drawings, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are well-organized, accurately designed, and executed efficiently while meeting quality and project deadlines.

Your Work Schedule
- Day shift, primarily remote, with on-site visits to project locations, requiring travel throughout the year.
- This role requires travel of approximately 25% or as required to support site visits and project execution across North American terminals.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Produce conceptual CAD drawings to illustrate processes and layouts for the facilities to be built.
- Prepare site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, sections, and details.
- Data management of project files
- Monitor projects quality, safety, and schedules
- Coordinate engineers, contractors, and internal resources for proper project design
- Respond to any project related questions to keep all parties working as efficiently as possible.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a diploma/certificate in CAD, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
- 2–5 years of experience in CAD drafting, technical design, project coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit (if BIM involved), Navisworks, Bluebeam (markups), Microsoft Projects considered an asset
- Excellent decision making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
