Construction Crew Supervisor – Brooks, AB
Location: Brooks, Alberta (travel required) Position: Full‑time Compensation: DOE + benefits + RRSP
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Crew Supervisor to lead wood‑frame and steel‑frame projects across Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, and Residential builds. This is a hands‑on foreman role for someone who is safety‑driven, organized, and confident managing crews, suppliers, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate daily crew activities
· Oversee construction from layout to completion
· Read blueprints and complete accurate material takeoffs
· Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and office staff
· Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
· Ensure quality control and project timelines are met
· Mentor crew members and support productivity
· Operate tele-handlers, skid steers, man-lifts, and truck/trailer units
Qualifications
· 10+ years construction experience
· Strong wood‑frame background; steel building/cladding experience an asset
· Industry tickets (Journeyman, Steel Erector, Carpentry, First Aid, etc.) preferred
· Proficient with blueprints and material takeoffs
· Proven leadership and client‑facing experience
· Safety‑oriented and self‑motivated
· Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
· Based in Brooks, AB, with ability to travel
