About SISU Spa
SISU Spa is Revelstoke’s newest Nordic-inspired wellness destination, now open in the heart of McKenzie Village. Our premium facility features private saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, and treatment rooms — all designed to help guests restore, recover, and recharge.
We are growing quickly and looking to immediately fill both Full-Time and Part-Time Host positions as we expand operations.

About the Role
As a Host at SISU Spa, you are the face of the guest experience. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, support day-to-day operations, and help create a calm, elevated environment from the moment guests arrive.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, payments, and schedule changes through spa software
- Guide guests through their visit and explain spa amenities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing reception environment
- Assist with light cleaning, laundry coordination, and restocking
- Support room turnover between appointments
- Communicate guest feedback clearly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Previous hospitality, spa, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced but tranquil environment
- Confident using booking/POS systems (training provided)
- Passion for wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences
