Musiark is a premier music school dedicated to fostering musical excellence and creativity in students of all ages. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Admissions Specialist to join our team and help us reach more families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Growth: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract new students and increase enrollment.
- Content Creation: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our students' progress and the value of our music programs.
- Event Management: Plan and execute school events, including open houses, student recitals, and promotional workshops, to drive engagement and enrollment conversions.
- Parent Communication: Act as the first point of contact for prospective families. Provide professional consultations, schedule trials, and follow up to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Data Analysis: Track and report on marketing performance (leads, conversion rates, and ROI) to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, arts, or a child-focused industry.
- Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for visual aesthetics (proficiency in design/video editing tools is a big plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust quickly with parents.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage KPIs and campaign budgets.
- Passion for music and arts education.
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
