We are looking for a Quality Coordinator who will play a central role in maintaining, developing, and improving our quality management system while working closely with all departments across the organization, including production, maintenance, procurement, logistics, engineering, customer service, and administration.
Your Role on a Daily Basis
- Plan and coordinate the annual internal audit program using a process-based approach adapted to our manufacturing environment.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Identify gaps, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities, and ensure thorough follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Work collaboratively with leaders across all departments to align day-to-day practices with quality standards.
- Support teams in the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
- Participate in the creation, updating, and standardization of quality documentation.
- Ensure consistency between manufacturing operations, internal procedures, and quality system requirements.
- Monitor process performance using quality indicators (KPIs) and recommend practical improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in process reviews and management reviews.
- Prepare for and support external audits (certification bodies, customers, regulatory authorities).
- Train, support, and engage teams on quality requirements and internal audit practices.
- Serve as a quality reference and promote a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
What We Are Looking For
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
✔ Experience with quality systems management and internal auditing
✔ Solid understanding of manufacturing environments
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
✔ Autonomy, initiative, and a hands-on approach
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
