Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Labourers to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist with residential concrete construction projects including footings, foundation walls, slabs, walkouts, and other concrete-related work.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and are interested in developing a career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist concrete crews with daily site activities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Prepare and clean work areas
- Assist with excavation and grading as required
- Install and remove temporary protection
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow company safety policies
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual and dependable
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
