Now Hiring: Part-Time Chiropractic Office Receptionist
Are you a motivated, business-minded individual who thrives in a professional, people-focused environment? Our busy chiropractic clinic is looking for a dependable, long-term Receptionist to join our team!
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (approx.)
- Thursday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM (approx.)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (approx.)
- Plus an additional flexible 4-hour outreach shift each week, focused on community engagement and promoting the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain the clinic calendar.
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist the doctor with patient flow and occasional in-room support.
- Represent the clinic in the community during a weekly outreach shift by visiting local businesses, distributing promotional materials, and building relationships with community members.
- Contribute to clinic growth by ensuring smooth, friendly, and efficient daily operations.
