Seeking an overhead crane technician with experience in cranes or related industrial equipment.

Description of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on overhead cranes and hoisting equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
- Identify, repair, and replace defective parts
- Repair and rebuild electrical motors
- Install, program, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Install and commission new equipment and systems
- Work closely with customers to identify individual and unique lifting solutions
- Complete service reports, inspection records, and provide technical recommendations
- Ensure compliance with CSA safety standards and regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on overhead cranes or similar industrial equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Electrical and/or mechanical experience
- Electrical license (309A or 442A) or Millwright certification considered an asset
Compensation:
- $35.00-$47.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule
- On-call rotation
