Power Canada's Clean Energy Movement — One Campaign at a Time
Polaron is one of Canada's leading solar companies, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives on performance-driven strategy, creative execution, and big-budget optimization. Across our family of brands spanning solar and HVAC, you'll run campaigns that drive real business results and help move Canada toward a greener future.
If you love digital advertising and want your work to make a genuine impact, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns with a daily spend of up to $4,000 across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Run lead generation campaigns across both solar and HVAC offerings, attracting high-quality leads and maximizing ROI (note: traffic and app download campaigns do not qualify).
Build complete campaigns end to end — ad copy, visual and video creative, and landing page strategy.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance, turning data into actionable insights.
Present campaign metrics to stakeholders using data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Looker.
Run A/B tests across creative, placements, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
Scout new media opportunities, tools, and platforms to expand reach and efficiency.
Partner with internal content creators and external agencies on visuals, video, and copy.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and competitor activity.
Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tag setups for accurate measurement.
What You Bring
Expertise in both Meta and Google Ads (required).
Minimum 2 years running lead generation campaigns (not traffic or app download campaigns).
Proven experience independently managing ad budgets over $1,000 per campaign, and optimizing large daily budgets efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar tools.
Experience in creative campaign development — messaging, visuals, and video coordination.
Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, bidding models, and performance-based optimization.
Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Adobe Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Experience running HVAC, home services, or solar/renewable energy campaigns is a strong asset.
Availability for a 4-day in-office hybrid schedule.
