Summary
'We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. As a vital part of our customer experience, you will prepare and serve a variety of delicious bubble teas and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
'• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas and beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.'
Qualifications
'• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Food safety certification is a plus.'
