Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on lot operations and vehicle flow. The ideal candidate has hands-on detailing experience, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of presentation in a premium automotive environment.
You will be responsible for delivering top-quality detailing services while ensuring vehicles on the lot and in the showroom are clean, organized, and ready for display or delivery.
Lot Attendant Responsibilities
- Move vehicles safely between the lot, service area, showroom, and wash/detail bays
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, and well-presented on the lot and showroom floor
- Perform basic exterior washes and quick clean-ups as needed
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, pickups, and customer handovers
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lot, wash bays, and detailing area
- Monitor vehicle condition and report any damage or issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive detailing (deep detailing experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ceramic coating, engine bay detailing, or odor removal treatments
- Certification from a professional detailing or automotive appearance training program
- Previous experience as a lot attendant, porter, or dealership support staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
